1928 Diagnostics is expanding our customer facing organization. As a Customer Success manager at 1928 Diagnostics, you will be an important part of our global sales team. Your role will be integral when our customers establish a new technology that gives hospitals actionable insights on genetic data and support them with infection control, outbreak management and antimicrobial surveillance. As a Customer Success manager you will work with expanding our current user network within Microbiology and Infection Control globally. 1928 is currently establishing an international customer base, the technology application is fairly new and implementation is usually done stepwise with a lot of support. The Customer Success Manager is a key role in the business, responsible for ensuring customer onboarding, retention and success. You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer, and be encouraged to take a great responsibility and be innovative in how to best support our users.
